What happens to my rubbish?
All waste is taken to licensed waste transfer stations and processed in compliance with UK waste regulations. We do not fly-tip. You can request a waste transfer note for your records.
Do I need to move items outside?
No. Our team collects from wherever the items are — inside the house, upstairs, in a garage or outbuilding. You don't need to move anything before we arrive.
Can I upload photos of the rubbish?
Yes, and we recommend it. Photos help us confirm the price more accurately so there are no surprises on the day. You can upload them directly in the quote form.

Is this cheaper than hiring a skip?
For most small and medium clearances, yes. A skip includes a hire fee, potential permit costs, and you still have to load it yourself. Our service is all-in and we do the work.
